One of the services provided by Pacific-Realtors.net is the leasing of rental homes for real estate investors. This service is separate from the service of managing rental homes.

While our firm routinely provides leasing services for our management clients for a separate fee, we also provide leasing services to owners of rental homes who choose self-management.

The fee for leasing services is 5% of the annual rent for one year. For example, if the rent is $4,000 per month or $48,000 per year, the leasing fee would be $2,400. The fee is payable when the lease is signed, and the tenant pays the first month's rent and security deposit.

No leasing fee is charged for lease renewals.
