Michael T. Chulak
President, Owner, and Chief Financial Officer

 

Born in Los Angeles, Michael Chulak obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Ventura-Santa Barbara College of Law. He became a California real estate broker in 1971, a general contractor in 1979, and an attorney in 1998. In 1979, he earned the Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation. Michael is one of the owners of Pacific-Realtors.net. He has been a real estate, property management, homeowner association, and real estate finance instructor at six California colleges including UCLA.

Michael Chulak formerly served as president and CEO of Union America Mortgage and Equity Trust (UMET), a New York Stock Exchange listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that owned, managed, and sold apartment buildings and commercial properties in nineteen states. Michael is also a partner in the accounting firm Nationwide Accounting Services.

Most importantly, Michael is a member of Atmosphere Church in Westlake Village, California.

Michael Chulak has served as legal counsel for the U.S. Wenzhou Association, the Los Angeles Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce USA, and the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce. He has also served as Judge Advocate for the Westlake Yacht Club. Michael also served as President of the Agoura Hills Chamber of Commerce before it was merged into the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Michael Chulak has written legal columns for several newspapers and hosted a radio talk show on KVTA AM 1520 and KRLA 840 known as On the Law with Attorney Michael Chulak.

From 2002 to 2007, Michael Chulak was the owner and Publisher of the Conejo Valley Examiner (CVE). The Conejo Valley Examiner was a monthly, local news newspaper that printed and distributed 60,000 copies to homes and businesses in Agoura, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Thousand Oaks, Oak Park, Newbury Park, Westlake Village, and North Ranch.

 

 

Wolf Parlar
Designated Licensed Officer

 

Wolf Parlar is the Designated Licensed Officer for Pacific-Realtors.net and our affiliate, PacificBusinessAdvisors.net. Born and raised in the small town of Iskenderun, Turkey, Wolf emigrated to the United States in 2001 where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration. After completing extensive studies in business and real estate, Wolf became licensed by the California Department of Real Estate in 2007. As the Designated Licensed Officer, Wolf has overall responsibility for compliance.

 

 

 

Natalie Oliver
Manager-Residential Division

 

Natalie Oliver is the manager of our residential division and our top sales and leasing agent. She has been a resident of the Conejo Valley since 1980 and joined Pacific-Realtors.net in 2016.

After starting her career as a loan officer in Thousand Oaks, Natalie advanced to become the office manager of a large commercial and residential real estate office in Westlake Village. Since then, she has continued to grow and build her career as a real estate agent specializing in sales, leasing, and property management. Natalie has been a member of the Apartment Owners Association for more than 30 years which helps her stay up-to date on required disclosures and new laws that apply to the business of managing properties.

Natalie has earned an excellent reputation for her personal service, honest dealings, and outstanding negotiating skills. She is also fluent in Russian.

Whether buying or selling, she aims to get the best possible price for her clients.

 

 

Tina Chulak
Office Manager

 

Tina Chulak is an owner and the office manager of Pacific-Realtors.net and its affiliated companies. Tina is involved in marketing the company primarily in Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley. Tina speaks Mandarin Chinese, the dialect from her home city of Wenzhou, China, and, of course, English. Tina is Vice-President of the U. S. Wenzhou Association, the Los Angeles Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce USA, and the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce. Tina is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Conejo Valley Chinese Cultural Association (CCCA) which operates a Chinese language school with over 500 students. Franklin Thomas

 

Franklin Thomas has over 50 years of experience as a real estate executive involved in sales, lending, and development. After graduating from San Jose State University, his first position was a right-of-way agent for the California Division of Highways where he gained experience acquiring and managing numerous land parcels. Frank Thomas then changed fields to real estate lending working for Home Savings, the George Elkins Company, Glendale Federal Savings, and Lincoln Savings. During this time he was a real estate appraiser, loan officer and manager, construction loan disbursement officer, and Executive Vice President and Managing Officer of Lifetime Savings of Granada Hills, a subsidiary of Lincoln Savings.

Subsequently, Frank Thomas joined Continental Mortgage Investors, a New York Stock Exchange listed REIT specializing in financing second home communities and large commercial developments. At Continental, he was an executive responsible for a large portfolio of development loans in Washington and Alaska which required extensive workouts.

Later, as an independent consultant, Frank Thomas worked with banks and developers providing project management, and consulting services. This culminated in his becoming a developer and participating as General Partner and Manager of two waterfront lot sale developments in Long Beach.

Frank Thomas was part of the investor group that started Long Beach Savings. He served as a founding Director, Executive Vice President, and Chief Loan Officer for ten years. He was on the Executive Committee which oversaw the activities of the land development subsidiary and all commercial development ventures.

Subsequently, he accepted the position of managing the REO Sales Division of a large national mortgage banking company. REO was sold in 23 states with an average of 800 homes sold each year.

Frank Thomas is a resident of Naples Island (Long Beach) and a member of the Long Beach Yacht Club. He has worked closely with the broker of Pacific-Realtors.net for more than 50 years.

 

 

Robert A. Koenig
General Counsel

 

Robert A. Koenig is General Counsel of Pacific-Realtors.net and has worked with Michael Chulak for more than 25 years.

Robert A. Koenig has been licensed to practice law in California and Nevada since 1987 and Colorado since 1992. He is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (1980) and Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California (1984).
