Wood Ranch is a residential community located at the southwest end of Simi Valley just to the northwest of Thousand Oaks in Ventura County. The Wood Ranch Open Space Park is located in the rolling hills and canyons south of Wood Ranch, stretching from Long Canyon Road south to the ridgeline of the Simi Hills. A trail crosses the land, providing public access and magnificent views across Simi Valley to the Santa Susana Mountains, and southward to the Conejo Valley open space, and the Santa Monica Mountains.
Wood Ranch Golf Club
Wood Ranch Golf Club is a private golf club located in the Wood Ranch area of Simi Valley, near the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. The championship 18-hole course was designed by architect Ted Robinson. Amenities include a 30,000 square foot clubhouse with dining facilities and world class practice facilities.
