Warner Center, Woodland Hills

Warner Center is a major employment center in Woodland Hills in the southwestern San Fernando Valley immediately east of Calabasas and Hidden Hills. Major employers include Health Net, Zenith Insurance, Panavision, The Daily News, Codeblack Entertainment, Prudential Insurance, and Kaiser Permanente. Warner Center employs many of the people living in the suburban areas of the Conejo Valley, including Oak Park and Agoura Hills.

 

Warner Ranch Park

Warner Center Park

Warner Ranch Park, also known as Warner Center Park, is a neighborhood park located in the Warner Center area of Woodland Hills. It is home to the Valley Cultural Center and features picnic tables, a children’s play area, and plenty of shade trees and open space.

 

Warner Center Association

The Warner Center Association (WCA), founded in 1982, is a non-profit organization located in the Warner Center area of Woodland Hills in the west San Fernando Valley. The WCA and its member’s efforts have been pivotal in creating, protecting, and preserving business interests in Warner Center.

 

Rancho EI Escorpion

Rancho EI Escorpion was a 1,110-acre Mexican land grant given by Governor Pio Pico to three Chumash Native Americans who later sold their interests. The rancho was located at the west end of the San Fernando Valley on Ball Creek against the Simi Hills and included present day West Hills and most of Woodland Hills.
