Final Subdivision Public Reports - California

Before a developer can sell homes in a California subdivision, the subdivider must provide a Final Subdivision Public Report to each prospective buyer which makes many significant disclosures. This report must be approved by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE). The disclosure includes a pro forma operating budget, important information that is included in the CC&Rs, and other vital information that every person should know before making a decision to purchase. Details are available on the California DRE website.
