Our firm was established in 1987. Our founder, Michael Chulak became licensed as a real estate broker in 1987 and a real estate attorney in 1998.

Yes. You will be provided the cell phone number of the manger as well as the cell phone numbers for the two owners the company.

What is the Tiny-house Movement?
The tiny-house movement, also called the small house movement, is a social movement promoting the reduction and simplification of living spaces. It is promoted as being eco-friendly and a means to promote home ownership. Tiny homes are generally, 400 to 500 square feet and most are prefabricated to minimize their cost. They are not permitted in all communities. The quality of these homes may be on the lower end, but not necessarily. Many tiny homes are high quality second homes.
